Salad Olivier (Russian salad)


Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut into cubes. Scrape the carrots, boil them and chop them too. Slice the onion very small. Cut the eggs and diced cucumbers. Mix everything, add peas, confuse everything well with mayonnaise, cool and serve.

Salad with onions and tuna

Fresh salad with spinach and cherry tomatoes

Asian Chicken Salad


Light the barbecue with charcoal or electric grill.

African Coleslaw with pineapple


Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Take a handful of cabbage and put it into a deep 2-quart bowl. Add celery, peppers, tomatoes, pineapple, salt, pepper and parsley.
Beat the yogurt with the cream and milk. Add to salad just as much sauce as it will bond the particles together.

Salad of marinated peppers
