African Coleslaw with pineapple


Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Take a handful of cabbage and put it into a deep 2-quart bowl. Add celery, peppers, tomatoes, pineapple, salt, pepper and parsley.
Beat the yogurt with the cream and milk. Add to salad just as much sauce as it will bond the particles together.

500 g cabbage
1 cup celery (chopped diagonlno)
1/2 cup green peppers (cut into thin strips)
1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup fresh pineapple (cut into cubes of about 1 cm)
1 tsp salt
black pepper
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp soured cream
2-3 tbsp milk
