Salad of marinated peppers



Roasted peppers and peel. Remove the seeds and cut into thin strips. Put in a bowl and mix with capers, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, vinegar and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Allow to cool and absorb well.
Recommendations: Serve with goat cheese or grilled vegetables as a side dish for meats, etc.

2 red peppers
2 yellow peppers
2 yellow peppers
2 tablespoons capers (chopped)
2-3 cloves garlic (peeled and crushed)
1-2 tablespoons basil (chopped)
1 tablespoon vinegar
olive oil
salt
black pepper
