Pasta salad with chicken and olives



1 cup pasta (spirals)
1/2 cup chicken, boiled or roasted, diced
1 pc. small tomato, seeded, diced
2 tablespoons olives, chopped
1-2 stalks of green onions, chopped
4 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (or to taste)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1-2 pinches of dried basil


Boil pasta according to manufacturer's instructions and drain. In serving bowl place chopped tomatoes, green onions, olives and chicken. Add the drained pasta. In a small bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and basil. Mix well and add to salad. Everything goes wrong and let stand several minutes before serving.

Salad can be eaten hot or cold.
