Spinach salad with strawberries and blue cheese



500g baby spinach leaves
300g strawberries
200g blue cheese
1/2ch.ch freshly squeezed orange juice
1ch.ch. walnuts
1ch.ch. Parmesan shavings


Wash spinach leaves one by one. Pour into bowl. Strawberries are cleaned and put in a colander. Wash under running water. Then drain. Cut in halves. Add to spinach. Blue cheese cut into cubes. Along with nuts are added to the bowl. The products are watered with orange juice. Thoroughly confused. Bowl in the refrigerator. The salad is served cold and sprinkled with Parmesan.

Optionally, spinach can be substituted with arugula leaves.
