Salt to taste
½ cupful of white vinegar
¼ cupful of chopped dill
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Mushroom salad with blue cheese

500 g fresh mushrooms
100 g Roquefort cheese (or other blue cheese)
2 tablespoons plain cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt
black pepper
1 red onion
juice of one lemon
