Sweet and sour cucumber salad |
Salt to taste
½ cupful of white vinegar
¼ cupful of chopped dill
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Cut the cucumbers as possible thin circles. Sprinkle with salt, stir and let it stand at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare dressing by mixing vinegar, dill and pepper and allow sugar to dissolve completely.
Put flights with salted cucumber and dressing them in the refrigerator 15 minutes to 2 hours. Serve salad cold.
