Wash spinach and arrange on salad (if large leaves, tear them). Cherry domatchetata wash well and cut in halves. Arrange spinach on a platter. Ricotta cheese and blue cheese mash together, you can add a little olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the tomato mixture and pour ogtore pine nuts and chopped parsley. Pour salad dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and serve.
